Frequently asked questions

How do I book a party?

You can book by messaging us via the "contact us' page on our website, email us at dreamcatchersleepovers@outlook.com or message us on facebook or instagram.

What areas do you cover?

We cover the North West of England. However, anywhere greater than 30 miles away from Leigh WN7 may incur a delivery charge. Please message us for more details.

Are deposits required?

Yes, a £30 deposit is required when placing your booking to secure you date and will be deducted from your final balance.

How do I make a payment?

We accept payment by bank transfer or PayPal.

Do you stay and host the party?

No, we simply deliver and set up all the equipment and accessories and take down and collect the following day.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free within 30 miles of Leigh WN7. Please contact us for a quote if you live outside of this area.

Do I have to wash the items?

No, we take care of all of that for you to make your party as hassle free as possible.

Do I need a power outlet?

No, all of our lights are battery operated. However, we do require a power outlet when setting up.

When do I need to pay?

A £30 deposit is required on booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the party and can either be made as one payment or instalments running up to the due date.

What is your cancellation policy?

A £30 deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure your date. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of any cancellation made by yourself more than 2 weeks before the party.

Any cancellation made by yourself less than 2 weeks before the party will have half of the balance refunded.


Any cancellation  made by yourself less than 1 week before the party unfortunately will not be refunded.

What kind of mattresses do you use?

We use 183cm long x 73cm wide sized camping air mattresses.

Is bedding and linen provided?

Yes, we provide all mattresses, duvets, pillows, fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases.

How much room do i need for a bell tent?

For outdoor bell tent sleepovers you will need approx 6m2.


The bell tents are 4m in diameter.

Is bedding washed after every use?

Yes. Your child's health, safety and hygiene are very important to us. We clean all equipment with an antibacterial cleaner after use and wash all linens using antibacterial and nonbiological detergents and softeners.

What is the age suitability for a party?

We don't really have any age limits. we do however make a recommendation of between 4 and 14 for the indoor A frames, but it is entirely up to you.


Bell tents are suitable all the way up to adults.

how much room do I need for an indoor sleepover?

Our beds, including tents, are approximately 183cm x 83cm. The trays are approximately 50cm x 30cm and are usually placed at the end of the beds, making the total length 113cm. 


However, if you do have limited space these can be placed on beds or elsewhere, also the layout does not have to be the same as in the photos.


Please bear in mind that children will need room to be able to access the beds.

Can A frame tents be used outside?

All of our A frame tents and equipment are for indoor use only.

How long do we have the equipment for?

Our tents and equipment are delivered and set up by us on the day of the party at a time suited to you, preferably before 3pm.


Collection will be on the following day preferably no later than noon.


Any requirement to extend those times may incur an additional charge dependent on availability. 

How long does it take to set up?

Set up can take between 30 and 90 minutes dependant on the number of beds.

do we have to take the equipment down?

Some of our equipment can be a little delicate so please leave everything in its place ready for collection.

Do our guests need to bring anything?

Just themselves and their jammies. We provide everything they'll need for a fun and comfortable night. 

What happens if something gets damaged?

We fully understand that accidents do happen, however if anything large is damaged and has to be replaced this could incur a charge to yourself.
