By paying a deposit you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Due to demand, dates will unfortunately not be held until a deposit is paid.
Balances are due 2 weeks before the booking unless otherwise stated by Dream Catcher Sleepovers. Failure to pay the agreed balance by the agreed date may result in cancellation of the booking.
In the event that a booking needs to be cancelled then please contact Dream Catcher Sleepovers as soon as possible.
Dream Catcher Sleepovers will always try to rearrange where possible if required.
Unfortunately, deposits cannot be refunded in the event that a booking needs to be cancelled by The Customer.
In the event that a booking is cancelled by The Customer less than 2 weeks before the party then 50% of the paid balance will be refunded.
In the event that a booking is cancelled by The Customer less than 1 weeks before the party then unfortunately a refunded cannot be made.
Dream Catcher Sleepovers cannot predict the weather but we like to keep a close eye on the forecast...if on the day of The Customers bell tent booking the weather is poor and The Customer would like to rearrange then Dream Catcher Sleepovers will do their best to accommodate The Customer's preferred date. However, if a cancellation is required due to the weather then unfortunately a refund cannot be made.
On the rare occasion that a booking is cancelled by Dream Catcher Sleepovers then a full refund will be made.
Dream Catcher Sleepovers understand that things get broken, it happens and a lot of the time it can't be helped.
In the event that a large amount of items are damaged or missing or any large or expensive items such as tents, tables, ornaments are damaged then The Customer will be billed to replace the item(s).
The Customer must pay upon request any costs incurred by Dream Catcher Sleepovers to replace or repair ay damaged or missing equipment.
Dream Catcher Sleepovers will deliver, erect and furnish The Customer's Bell Tent / Indoor Sleepover on the agreed date and at the time agreed when the booking was made.
Dream Catcher Sleepovers will dismantle and remove all hired equipment from The Customers property on the agreed date and at the time agreed when the booking was made.
Dream Catcher Sleepovers take pride in their time keeping. However, no responsibility can be accepted for delays due to severe traffic problems.
Parking must be provided, where possible, as close to the front door / garden as possible.
The customer must ensure that there is a clear pathway to the set up area and all obstructions to the site are removed before our arrival. This includes; vehicles.
The Customer is required to select an area for Bell Tent set up that is not susceptible to poor drainage. Any flooding caused is the responsibility of The Customer.
The space to be used must be completely clear of furniture etc before Dream Catcher Sleepovers arrival.
The Customer must make sure that they have enough space for the number of beds / bell tents they have booked.
For indoor A frame tent sleepovers The Customer will need approx 85cm x 215cm per bed or 85cm x 185cm per bed if the tables aren't placed in front of the beds.
For outdoor bell tent sleepovers The Customer will need approx 6m2.
Dream Catcher Sleepovers are always happy to help move furniture before a set up but The Customer must notify Dream Catcher Sleepovers a week in advance so that time planning can be made.
The Customer must remove all rubbish at the end of hire prior to collection.
Although Dream Catcher Sleepovers love to meet your furry friends there are no pets permitted inside of the bell tents.
Strictly NO SMOKING inside the bell tent or in the same room as an indoor A frame set up.
Candles with flames are not permitted inside the Bell Tent or around the indoor A frames. Battery operated tea lights will be provided by Dream Catcher Sleepovers.
Cooking is prohibited inside the Bell Tent.
Fire pits and BBQs must be sited a safe distance away from the Bell Tent and should not be left unattended.
Dream Catcher Sleepovers accept no responsibility or liability for damage or theft of any property, belonging to The Customer or guests, left inside the bell tent during the duration of the hire.
Dream Catcher Sleepovers accept no responsibility or liability for injury to The Customer or any guests that may occur during the duration of the hire.
Dream Catcher Sleepovers will always do a risk assessment at the time of set up but it is the responsibility of The Customer to ensure a clear route is still accessible in the case of emergencies.
The Customer is responsible for the maintenance and safe custody of Dream Catcher Sleepovers equipment during the duration of the hire.
